About Latent IT is the AI-native chapter of a long story in product engineering.

Our leadership has spent 25+ years building products with global clients and shipping 100+ products from scratch, partnering with enterprises and startups from first idea to launch. Latent IT is the deliberate next step: the same obsession with shipping great products, rebuilt for the AI era.

We run it as a small team of senior people (data engineers, data scientists, and full-stack AI-native engineers) rather than a large vendor. We started on a simple conviction: the best products today are built with AI, not just for it, and built by senior teams who move fast and own outcomes.

We used to call it fast forward innovation. Today it's simpler: Ship the Future.

The things buyers usually ask.

How do you price engagements?
Fixed-scope work (like an MVP) is quoted as a fixed price against a defined deliverable. Dedicated pods and retainers are billed monthly based on team composition. We scope first and quote second, so you never get a surprise.
Who owns the IP and the code?
You do, fully. All code, models, and assets we build for you are yours, assigned on delivery. We work in your repositories and cloud accounts wherever you prefer.
How quickly can you start?
Because we're a small senior team, there's no long ramp. After a scoping conversation we can typically kick off within one to two weeks, and you'll see working software inside the first cycle.
How do you work with our team and timezones?
We operate as part of your team: your tools, your standups, your product owner. Based in India and work with clients globally, with daily overlap arranged around your hours.
We only need a small MVP. Is that too small?
Not at all. A tight, well-built MVP is one of the best things we do. It's also how many of the best long-term partnerships start.
Do you sign NDAs and handle confidentiality?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA before any detailed discussion, and confidentiality is built into how we engage. That's also why the work shown here is anonymized.
